Generally children are not so fond of vegetables because it tastes less good when
compared to fruits. To get around that children love vegetables so the vegetables can be made into a delicious cake like this Spinach Cake. Can be used as a child to a school lunch, yummy ... Delicious and nutritious you know!

Ingredients:
200 grams of spinach, steamed and mashed
250 grams of margarine
4 eggs
225 grams of sugar
250 grams of wheat flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
75 ml milk

How to prepare:
 
1.Kukus spinach to pan and blender. Beat margarine and sugar until white in the container, and insert the eggs one at a time. Meanwhile, sift flour and baking powder.
2. Enter a mixture of flour and baking powder into the beaten eggs and stir gently.
3. Measure out the milk and mix with a measure that has been mashed spinach and stir well. Then pour it into the batter and stir well.
4. Put it in a pan or 20cm size with cookie cutters shaped mud balls, bake until done. Once cool store in a container.
